This summer transfer window of 2014 has been incredible. Well, it has been quite a transfer window. We’ve seen some big prices for big players and some shock transfers no one would have expected. Luis Suarez to Barcelona (€81m)

Abel Hernandez is off to Hull City from Palermo

Hull City boss Steve Bruce has confirmed his side has closed a club-record deal of £9.5million to sign Abel Hernandez from Palermo.

The veteran striker will pen down a 3 year deal with the Hull City and an option of another year depending on number of games he might play.

He can be considered a well deserved replacement for Shane Long.

And it now appears Bruce has finally added a striker to his ranks after confirming the club has received a work permit for the 24-year-old.
